BREWERY
As with most small breweries, Amadeus Brewing Company was founded on a home brewer's passion for crafting great beer. Many of our favorite recipes were conceived on a standard 5 gallon system in a tiny California garage before coming to the commercial scene and being truly perfected on our custom built 2.5 barrel brew house. We are still in the construction stages and waiting for our licensing and permits to be approved, so check back soon to see how you can wrap your curious minds around our latest mind bottling brews.

Amadeus Brewing Company is dedicating to bringing nothing but the most refreshing, high quality craft beers to your glass, and does so on a system that is continuously refined to leave as little foot print on LA's eco system as possible. We are investigating and testing innovative new ways to recycle and reduce water consumption, dry spent grains for use in baked goods, and utilize California's abundance of natural heat and solar power wherever possible. We also use environmentally friendly cleaning products to ensure not only our brewer but our community stay safe and clean.
MEET
THE BREWER
The head brewer at Amadeus Brewing Company brewed his first beer back in 2011 in a small, 2 bedroom apartment in Michigan right in the kitchen and with little more than a pot and plastic jug. It was a standard pale ale that brought several weeks of pure, refreshing (self) satisfaction. It was love at first sip. Little did he know that this was the beginning of something that would eventually become a way to bring pure, refreshing enjoyment to other people. Since then, our head brewer has tried his hand at countless recipes and styles, and continues to search the world in search of the most refreshing beers. Don has dedicate himself to bringing nothing but the most satisfying brews to your table, and is hopping for a chance - see what we did there? ;) - to make even the most seasoned craft brew connoisseur smile in blissful delight.
